Knee High Socks

$16.00

Stocking with extra wide waistband

My ribbed structure is elastic and hugs your legs without being intrusive. The ribbed structure is fine and elegant so that I make you look good on every occasion. I promise.

My extra wide waistband - also known as the English cut - prevents me from slipping. Men's legs can be narrow or wide. Calves are pronounced or only hinted at, so we have it Knee High Socks difficult not to slip down the leg and yet not to cut in. Here's a little tip for you: We Knee High Socks slip at least when we can wrap around the calf. Choose a stocking size that is long enough and don't just look at the foot size.

Refined, glossy - Fil d'Ecosse

I am made of mercerized cotton. Mercerizing is a finishing process for cotton that not only gives me a silky, wash-resistant sheen, but also makes me stronger. In addition, mercerized cotton is more colourfast and hardly fluffs. I only wear the polyamide in the form of Lycra® in the toe and sole area for reinforcement.

Why is it called Fil d'Ecosse? It's quite simple: the Scotsman John Mercer invented the process and mercerized cotton is therefore also called Fil d'Ecosse.

100% skin-friendly & allergy-tested

I'm good for you, your feet and your skin. Because I have been tested and I comply with the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

The standard states that I am 100% skin-friendly and allergy-tested. This is important, because it is often forgotten that socks are worn directly on the skin - and in a warm and humid climate with friction.
