Return shipment
Don't worry if you change your mind or don't like the products you ordered.
Here are some tips for returns and exchanges:
1) Products can easily be returned within 30 days of delivery.
2) Please contact our customer service if you wish to make a return for any reason: customer.service@blacksocks.com. Or simply fill out our return formform below.
3) Hygiene articles in their original packaging (e.g. socks, underwear, etc.) are excluded from the right of return. A return is not possible in this case. Thank you for your understanding.
After receiving the completed return form, your case will be processed by us as soon as possible:
(If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, please upload a picture to speed up the returns process).
