We would like to give you an uncomplicated return experience. From now on, returns will only be made via your customer account.

This is how the return works:

1. Create or register the customer account
   Please register in your customer account at the following link: Customer account

2. Select order
   After logging, you will see an overview of your orders. Select the order you want to return.

3. Apply for a return
   Click on "Request" and select the items you want to return. After your registration, you will receive all further information and, if necessary, a return label by email.

Return period

Products can be within 30 days after receipt be returned.

Important instructions

• A return is Only for unworn, undamaged and original packaged items possible.

• Unpacked socks, underwear and personalized products are excluded from the exchange and return.
